What a joke the crew change has become in India !!!!
Joiner/off signer have crew/officers sitting in quarantine centre.
All tested with certificates showing negative.
All have E-Pass ( as per DG)
All have taxis ready to take them to their hometowns by road

But cannot travel home !!!!!

Commissionar says Collector needs to FURTHER endorse the E-Pass !!!!
What ??? Why ???
Says who ???

Never mind - we need endorsements.
So Collector’s office - then - off we go.

Except Collector now says SP will endorse - really ???

Ok - we go to SP next.
SP now says (an hour ago) Port immigration will endorse !!!!

Welcome to Indian bureaucracy....

But the government allowed for joining/sign off....

All instructions follow by company as per central government order....
